NNI HAS MOVED

After a long and productive residence in the Cultural Education Center (CEC), NNI has a new physical home located now at 272 Broadway, Albany, NY 12204.  We will continue with our overall effort to broaden our reach both in the academic community and to the general public. We are excited about the many opportunities to raise awareness about the Dutch Colony with the upcoming 400th anniversary of the first settlement of New Netherland in 1624.

The New Netherland Research Center remains on the 7th floor of the Cultural Education Center with Dr. Charles Gehring as Director. Our support of Dr. Gehring and his work remains as strong as ever. And, further, our collaboration with the New York State Archives, State Library, and State Museum, and access to their unmatched resources, continues as we move forward.

Events, programs, and activities will continue to be posted on our website. In addition to our physical address at 272 Broadway, Albany, NY 12204, we can also be reached via Email at nni@newnetherlandinstitute.org or by phone at 518-708-8720.
